This job had a lot going on at once - a large backyard patio slab being poured while a curved side-yard walkway was getting finished at the same time. That kind of coordination takes a full crew working in sync, and that's exactly what we brought to this Baytown home.

Here's what we were working with: a backyard that needed a solid foundation for a future covered patio structure - posts were already set and waiting. We formed up the slab, protected the post bases, and got to work. The mud buggy let us move concrete efficiently into tighter spots along the side of the house, keeping everything clean and controlled without making a mess of the yard.

The side walkway is one of those details homeowners don't always think about until they're dealing with mud and erosion along the fence line. A clean concrete path between the fence and the house solves that problem for good. The curved transition where it meets the driveway is a nice touch - it flows naturally instead of just butting up at a hard angle.

What you end up with is a property that looks more finished and functions better. The patio slab gives the homeowner a solid, level surface ready for whatever structure goes on top. The walkway handles foot traffic and drainage in a spot that used to just be bare ground. Both surfaces are smooth, properly edged, and built to last in the Texas heat and rain.

Concrete work done right isn't complicated - it just takes the right crew, the right equipment, and attention to the details that matter. That's what we focus on every time we show up to a job in Baytown.
